red bumps?....

Friday and Saturday me and my partner had sex about 4 times and it was lengthy and intense. Saturday night I was getting oral and I told her to stop that it hurt, well Sunday morning my foreskin was swollen and there was a bunch of little red dots on the foreskin and the head of my penis. I figure it was too soon for it to be an STI. I've been worried to death about this. I have read up on it and it seems that it could be burst capillaries, Balantis?, or a case of Thrush... I'm not sure since I havent gotten an opinion from a MD about it. I can take some pictures of the bumps...It seems to be getting better but they're still there, and the head of my penis is still sore. What do I do? Any idea's ? Too much sex?

I tried to take pictures and they're too small to make out on the head, they're really tiny, red bumps.

kinda an update.... the dots are dissapearing, but the small piece of skin that attaches the foreskin to the head is VERY sore. noticed when i was urinating that it started to sting, it looks the same, but i cant bare to touch it or anything, has a VERY sharp pain to it when anything comes in contact with it. its almost like theres a cut on it that i cant see at all. . . how would i go about going to a dr to get this checked out? dont really feel like talking to my mom about it and have her set up the app. when i call to make an app. do i just say i need a app. to check out my penis? or what? no idea bout that.

Hello,

Without examination, confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but it can be folliculitis, contact dermatitis, rash due to friction rub during intercourse, dermatitis (atopic, contact, allergic),excessive sweating causing sweat dermatitis or balanitis(due to an underlying infection (bacterial and fungal as well as other organisms) .
You may try calamine lotion on the rash. You should also maintain hygiene and try to keep the area clean and dry, wear loose-fitting cotton clothing. Also use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove.Avoid any kind of cosmetics. You can also use a barrier cream with zinc oxide paste or calamine lotion or a mild steroid cream like dermacort on the rash. If the bumps are itchy, you  can take some antihistaminic like benadryl or Claritin.

If the lumps persist then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.

Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing.Kind regards.
