Well they took several moles, biopsied them and they were negative. However, they would not give me pain medicine because they used to prescribe darvocet but thats off the market now. I wished it wasnt because it really hurt.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Of course you will be provided pain medication after the mole removal. Several methods are available nowadays for the removal of moles, like cryosurgery, excisional biopsy, electro cautery, cold freezing to name a few.
You can discuss these methods with your dermatologist and then decide which one is the best for you.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
