Hi,

This may be a case of dermatitis. Dermatitis still falls under eczematous disease and some variants that may be a differential for your condition are atopic and seborrheic dematitis.  A physician will be able to give you a better assesment as every treatment requires full medical history and physical examination.Washing your face with a bland and mild soap and moisturizing it using a mild hypoallergenic cream ( not lotion) will be able to help.

Hi. Don't know what products you have tried but i will recommend some useful ones. The range by Eucerin is really good, they make a Redness relief cleanser and moisturizer. Lutsine also make a really effective cleanser and moisturizer for dry skin. Elizabeth Arden 8 hour cream is also good for dry cracked peeling skin. All these products are available online or in stores.
If the problem persists see your doctor for an evaluation of your skin condition. Loiloi x
