white dots that are not dandruff or lice
Last night i noticed little white dots in my daughters hair and I'm trying to figure out whats going on. i saw like a few hundred of them and they were in the the thicker regions of my hair (back and sides). They were kind of deep inside the hair (but not actually on the scalp) and more noticeable when my hair was wet after shower.
My first thought was dandruff, but it didn't look like flakes of skin; they were smaller and circular; more dense. So then i thought of lice; but in my magnifying glass it didnt look like that, and my hair isn't really itchy. Plus, I regularly use nizoral which is actually prescribed to kill lice (among other things). In fact I had just used nizoral right before my girlfriend noticed the dots. Please let me know what could this be??? Need your advice!!!! Please HELPPPP!!!

White and black piedra its a yest that is growing,in tbe hair, if u,put up your hair when wet thats what's it caused from, I have it to and just started to uae tgel shampoo to get ride of it
