Do you use your hands outdoors in the garden or in a art class with clay?  It looks like your knuckles are really dry from something that irritates them.  How long has this been happening?  If it just started, then try to figure out how you were using your hands before it happenned.  I think it might be from some kind of exposure to your knuckles.  Have you used worked on any machines or used any chemical products recently?  A doctor should be able to figure out what it is...show your doctor, or school nurse your hands...

Look up wrinkly skin syndrome. It could be an autosomal recessive gene. I have the same issue.

Even i have VERY wrinkly hands and im only 12. I have way too many dark lines on my palm. But my mother also has very very wrinkly hands, i think i got them from her.You might have inherited those feature from your parents or other family members. All i can say is, keep trying rich moisturizing creams that have cocoa butter.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It can be due to dehydration and exposure to harsh soap and water. Minimize contact with water and use mild soap like dove for washing hands. Also hydrate and protect hands by applying a moisturizing cream. At night, repair them with creams formulated from glycolic acid—a must for improving skin texture and tone. For a more intensive nighttime treatment, apply cream and then cover hands with gloves or socks.

If the symptoms worsen or persist then please consult a dermatologist. It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

I have been thinking on why do I have wrinkled hands and mostly on knuckles and so i started to think what stuff did I used to do a lott that maid my hands get wrinkled, and so I remebered since I was little my mom woud go to work and never pick up the house so, i have 2 big sisters and I would always be the one to come first home and so they maid me do the house and if I wouldnt do it they would get mad at me and ground me, and well i remebered that every time (oh i was only like 6-9 years old) i would squeez like a  mop or a cloth my hands would get red and start burning adn it was becosue  my Mom  would always tell me to squeez the cloth really hard so it wouldnt be to wet and so my hands wer tiny and soft and by time my hands started getting wrinckled and skinny.... Know that im 15 i see the hands of my sisters an their all soft and have fat fingers and really soft, mine were sopposed to be like that but becouse of all the chemicals i used (my mom would lways make me clean everything with clorax) my hands look as how hey look know,  I have some pictures of when i was little and i can see how my hands used to look back then and i see that they were really soft and with no wrinkles, I get mom and all of my family becouse know i see clearly almost everything I see how they treat with no respect at all and traet me like if i were their MAID and they stiil Do they still leave the house and leave it dirty.
