Do you use your hands outdoors in the garden or in a art class with clay? It looks like your knuckles are really dry from something that irritates them. How long has this been happening? If it just started, then try to figure out how you were using your hands before it happenned. I think it might be from some kind of exposure to your knuckles. Have you used worked on any machines or used any chemical products recently? A doctor should be able to figure out what it is...show your doctor, or school nurse your hands...
Where is the picture of your hands?

Look up wrinkly skin syndrome. It could be an autosomal recessive gene. I have the same issue.
Even i have VERY wrinkly hands and im only 12. I have way too many dark lines on my palm. But my mother also has very very wrinkly hands, i think i got them from her.You might have inherited those feature from your parents or other family members. All i can say is, keep trying rich moisturizing creams that have cocoa butter.
Y does my hand wrinkled in water within 2 minutes ... Is this normal for everyone ..? Please help...
Hello,
It can be due to dehydration and exposure to harsh soap and water. Minimize contact with water and use mild soap like dove for washing hands. Also hydrate and protect hands by applying a moisturizing cream. At night, repair them with creams formulated from glycolic acid—a must for improving skin texture and tone. For a more intensive nighttime treatment, apply cream and then cover hands with gloves or socks.
If the symptoms worsen or persist then please consult a dermatologist. It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
