I think it depends on where you're weighing yourself and what you're eating. Some of the standard measurements just don't hit all the areas where we can lose. I've always (even when I was 105 lbs.) had a larger behind and have struggled losing weight in that area. With the changes in my diet (increase in veggies, lots of beans and legumes and healthy fats) it is really coming off that area - my husband too. Congratulations on doing so well!
Hey there - I'm hanging in here!! Sometimes I don't feel so tough, but what else can I do?? I think I'm holding pretty steady on the weight - maybe added a pound or 2 but have lots of swelling so hard to tell what's fat and what's fluid. Later.
TY guys!! not sure keeps changing on wii fit scales but somewhere between 8-10 lbs i ll weigh again 2morrow and report that number! i definetly notice my clothes different the fat on my thighs is not bulging outta my jeans and my shirts on loose around my stomach when they used to tight also!!
