Just want to post an online happy dance. I did loose last week. Dispite my previous thoughts. : )
My husband was in a minor accident on saturday and I had been taking care of him since he cant get around all that great, keeping up with the house and helping more with the kids I didnt get a chance to do a formal workout, but I did it anyway. I am so excited. I have hypothyroidism and it is quite the challange to get that dumb needle to move in the right direction on the scale so I am happy...How have you guys been doing?

Dancing, jumping up and down and shouting big cheers for you!!! How inspiring you are and how fun to see your reaction! Keep up the great work, slow and steady and you'll get there. You may not always see a loss, but no gain is a victory as well ... and time will keep the needle moving to the left.
Have lost 1/2 a lb and am thrilled with that. Need to boost my exercise and with the new exercise tracker, it is quite a motivator because I won't like and I can't have it stay blank .. great tool!!!
