This could be caused by a medical condition. My husband has the same thing. Try changing your diet for a week or two and only eating lower fat meat, fish, eggs and cooked vegetables. Leave all other carbohydrates alone - no rice, wheat, corn, potatoes. See if your abdomen goes down. If it does you could have SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth). There is a breath test for it and antibiotics can help but it often comes back. You could also have an issue with gluten. If you do go for tests ensure you are eating a regular diet at that time and not what I described above as the diet change can cause a negative test. Good luck.

uhh.. well you know this could be cuz of something with the whole water thing but im a guy so i could be blowin smoke and if ya wanna lose tummy fat/inches do hula hooping,or crunches, or get into a belly dancing class, thats the only way to do it if diets dont work....GOOD LUCK
