I also am doing WW and I have to say 11 pounds in two weeks sounds extreme. You say you have 29 points a day but by my calculations you only used 15 points (WW says not to go below 18 points a day). It's very hard to get the nutrition your body needs on 15 points, especially with some of those points going to cereal bars/snack cakes. Barb is right that you don't seem to be getting much in the way of protien, it's all a balancing act, even fat is good in moderation. The problem with low-balling your points is that in addition to not getting the proper nutrition your body begins to think it is starving and then it begins to hold onto the fat you have for survival, your metabolism slows and weight loss becomes harder. Slow and steady is the best and most sustainable way, WW recommends a 1 to 2 pound loss a week. It's great that you have chosen to make health your a priority, you have the right intentions. I wish you the best.
I may be wrong, but it doesn't sound like you are getting to much protein in your diet. Are you using all your points. If so it doesn't sound like you are using them appropriately. Make yourself a meal plan. One person that I really trust who has lost alot of weight is peekawho. E-mail her and see if she can help you more.
Good Luck
Barb
