Unusual dog behavior

Yes, you should be concerned!!!! Everything you describe is symptoms of Extreme PAIN!

Please, see her Vet to have her evaluated.....He/she (Hopefully) will be able to diagnose where the pain is coming from & treat accordingly.....I wouldn't wait as she sound as if she's miserable......Come back and let us know what you find out....Good luck, Karla
