Can anyone answer this

I got diagnosed with endo last year im 19 years old and ive been trying to have a baby for a year now as well with my fiance...but the problem is im not having any luck...so this is what happened earlier in dec i was on my period then des 23-30th i was on my period as well then jan 11-16th i was on my period again and now its feb 2nd and im having cramps bad headache sore stomach but no period...does anyone know what this is or why its doing this? and any suggestions on how to get pregnant with endo?

I also have endo and I couldnt fall pregnant mine is at a stage 4 which is very serious I have chocolate cysts inside each ovary that has to be removed I am really stressing about it - if your Endo is a stage 1 or 2 they may be able to treat with meds if not then a lap is the only way to get rid of it.
