Yea you are right , but the SLE is the major problem which is worrying me, its autoimmune disease and dont know when its flare begins.Anyhow its reality that my wife has hematoma/endometroises and her doctor(Gynacologist & Rheumotologist) both are agree that there is only this medicine which can relief her, initially its for three months and she says if the problem persists then it may be for another 6 months.Thatswhy i a have started the medicine yesterday.
Yes i have talked with both doctors for this report and side effects of this medicine.
For Kidneys i have also consulted her doctor(nephrologist) , he only advised the syrup citralca, and advised me to repeat the ultrasound after 2 months. When the Sle was diaganosed and she was admitted in hospital one and half year ago for treatment , her creatinine was 2.3,and there was pleural fluid in lungs, and the heart membrane was swelled(due to SLE , as its multiple organ failur disease).Thatswhy all of doctors are carefull before initiating any medicine or thrapy.Lets hope the kidneys and endometroises doesnt disturb her so much.

Sometimes people react differently to different meds. I am on Lupron which is similar. There are many people that speak bad things about it but you will never find the people speaking the good because they are happy with the success it brings them. I have had good and bad side effects and it could be because like your wife I have other issues besides this and maybe that is why its causing more problems.

Have you spoken to the doctor about this report?

Bleeding during sex? Answer No
Chronic stomach pain?  Yes it was paining for last three months just 4-5 days before periods and vanishes slowly after periods , but now its continuous burning type
Painful periods?  not too much
Abnormal bleeding between periods? she had sometimes , but not always, But had heavy/continuous bleeding after two miscarriages , two-three  years back, but at that time ultrasound was ok , and it stopped with transamin capsules/Injection
Heavy periods?   a little bit some times , and so less some times

Actually she is SLE patient , and my worries are that sle demmages the blood vessels , and the vessels stars to leak , thats why i am much worried.
Gynacologist advised her the capsules Danorine (Danazole) for three months , i am also worried that doctor said that the drug has its number of side effects ,

Okay I am not a doctor but what it says to me is that your wife has kidney stones and she also has endometriosis. The nodule they are referring to is Endometriosis. Her endometrial lining is above what it should be unless she has been having abnormal bleeding.

She has an anteverted uterus and it is also a little larger which also can confirm with the nodule that its Endometriosis but it could also be adenomyosis.

What brought her to doctor to get checked?  I need all information to help if its possible like;

Bleeding during sex?
Chronic stomach pain?
Painful periods?
Abnormal bleeding between periods?
Heavy periods?

As for the stones, well that you would have to talk to the doctor about anyways so I can help you out with the questions that you can ask your doctor about the Endometriosis but as for the kidney stones I wouldnt know what to ask.
