I can't use NSAIDS anymore, and I get nervous using Tylenol due to the risk of liver damage and that only does do much.  Gyn has no problem writing me Tramadol, which works great. 50-100 mg but it is a painkiller so you can't drive after taking it.

I also got naproxen from my doctor, sometimes I also use parkodin, paratabs or ibuprofen.

Every doctor is different depending on their knowledge of Endometiosis and the belief that it really does hurt. I wasn't diagnosed until I was 27 showing symptoms from my second period at 13 . I was given naproxen that was it. I suffered tremendously and I would take Advil 3 every 3 hours so I am sure my liver from all those years is no good.

Some endosisters that I have talked to have been prescribed morphine, perks, tramacet, amitryptaline, gabapenatin etc

I found that when I went to a pain clinic they were more helpful
