brown spotting for over 3 weeks
hi, i have been having brown spottings and discharge without menstruation for over 3 weeks now. i also have lower back pain when i lie on my belly or on my back. my last period was 16th june and i am not pregnant.
It could be a number of things, from hormonal imbalance to old blood. The best thing to do is discuss it with your doctor and keep track of what days of the month it happens, how heavy etc. They may want to add birth control or adjust it to see if that helps. Good Luck!
