discharge

have observed a white thick vaginal flow which was odorless and was different from usual discharge.please suggest what it is.

If you have never had a yeast infection I would go to the doctor to confirm this. They can tell just by looking at it. If they cant then usually its a BV infection.

Well the only way to know for sure is to go to a doctor.

Was it itchy? clumpy?  Are you sexually active?

If it's odourless then it's most likely a yeast infection (thrush). Does it itch at all? If it itches you can buy a cream over the counter that will help with the itch. You can also buy a tablet or pessary which should clear the infection up as well.
