endometriosis on bladder and intestine

I had Laproscopic surgery yesterday, and my doctor removed 2 endometriomas from ovaries. I was told one was embeded in the ovary and she was able to drain it and sew it back so there will be no damage to the ovary itself.
There was endometiosis on my bladder and intestine which she did not remove.  and everything else was fine.
Why would she not removed the lesions and if untreated can they damage intesine and the bladder? I have minimal pain/ cramps in my lower abdomin before menstral cycle so I'm thinking maybe the lesions are not that bad.
Should I see another specialist and have another lap. to remove the lesions? or is it ok if left untreated? can it spread to other sex organ or other organs in the abd. cavity?
Thanks.

Thanks so much for the response. I'm not sure why she didn't remove it. I have a follow up appointment with her.. I think I'm going to change my doctor.

hi there are you in any pain today - I think you need to go to another specialist?  why didnt she remove the rest - is she a specialist in endo? a close friend of mine had endo on her bladder stage 3 and they removed it after her lap she had a catherter for a week to help but all was removed so cant understand why your surgeon left it - endo spreads its living cells so it can spread if untreated they use an argon and laser all the little spots off they have to - mine was left for many years its now inside each ovary like yours - its spread as far as my gall bladder and to pouch of douglas I am scheduled for lap on 14th may as my thyroid was too low and they didnt want to risk it so have me on eltroxin to normalise - did your Dr stage your endo - they usually stage it 1-5, 5 being extremly severe as her what stage yours is - you need to see a fertility specialist and also start taking omega tablets at night before bed it helps stagnate endo.

take care hunny
