It's normal to feel pain first couple of months and your ovaries to be sensitive. I had pains after lap and they were gone after couple of months. I took Yasmin pills after the lap and they helped, because they kept my ovary safe from cysts/endo and they helped in the healing/recovery process, so the pain was decreased.
So, you shouldn't be worried too much. If you have some serious pains, then you should talk to your doctor. But, the light pains in the first months are normal. It needs time so your ovaries can recover from the lap and to start "work" normally.

if endo was removed from your ovary- endometrioma- you may have pain for the first three months until your ovaries heal. some doctors believe in putting their pts on birth control for 3 months ( to stop your period) this will prevent your ovaries from being stimulated during healing which decreases pain.
www.centerforendo.com has a lot of information on this and other good information on endo and surgery.
