Sudden erectile dysfunction (22 years old)

3 month ago, my girlfriend and I tried to experience sex for the first time. she was my first girlfriend and it was my first experience of sex.
when we wanted to start penetrating, i noticed that my **** is not tough! it was the first time that i experienced such a thing. i could get 100% erection whenever i want before. but at that night i couldn't.
i thought the problem is because of stress and it will get good soon
but now it is 3 month later. after 100 days, i still cannot get a good erection!
