What pill beside Viagra can I take to get/maintain erections??

Hi my name's dave,I'm 31 & I've been having sexual problems/erectile dysfunction for about 1 year/10 months whether it's with a girl or when I'm alone. There's some days I can't get an erection at all the days I can I can't maintain it for more than 10 minutes!

It's not pyschological casue I've had ED for about 10 months/ a year ( I admit there was 1 or 2 occasions when I was stressed). But even when I'm home alone when I masturbate I can get an erection ( sometimes a semi-erection depending on what I ate earlier like food high in saturated fat or high in carbs like sweets, chocolate, cheese, lasagna which can cause ED as it narrows tha arteries & raises your blood sugar & cholesterol levels). Anyway I can't maintain an erection especially when I stand up.

So my doc gave me a pack of 4 pills of Viagra(50mg). I took it on 2 different occasions before sex it worked ( infact it was the best sex I had cause I managed to get/maintain an erection for 1 hour & my **** was rock hard) BUT I had some worringly side effects afterwards so I told myslef i would never ever take Viagra again.

The side effects I had were: bad headaches, difficulty breathing, chest pains, really fast irregular heartbeat I was gonna call the ambulance or go to the A&E department it was so bad I thought I was gonna die or have a stroke/cardiac arrest

Eventually the symtoms went away so I didn't call the ambulance but I thne looked at the leaflet & I couldn't believe the list of dangerous side effects that were listed!

On the leaflet it states: tell your doctor or go to the casualty departement straight away if you notice any of these side effects: difficulty breathing (which I had),diziness, swelling of your eylids, mouth or throat. What was written afterwards was even worse it states: if you have a stroke or have sharp chest pains (which Ihad) call the A&E immediatly!

Other side effects include: Sudden death(!), loss of blood to the brain & heart. Most,BUT NOT ALL MEN, had heart problems prior to taking Viagra. There have been cases of convulsions & seizures. There were many more side effects written on the leaflet I'm not gonna list them all: headaches, impaired vision, vomiting, irregular or fast hearbeat(which I had),,high or low blood pressure, fainting,

So I'm looking for an alternative to Viagra. A pill to take just before sex & that is effective & that works on getting/maintaing erections.

The most famous ones are: Vigrxplus, Prosolution,Sinrex,Maleextra but before buying one of them I'd like to know do I have to take these pills everyday or just 1 pill before having sex?? I'm looking for the latter i.e a pill before sex. I'm not looking for a pill I'd have to take everyday.

Sorry about the long post thanks for reading

Viagra doesnt work for me... bit I also got the side effects. I did well with Cialis. Ask your pc about the free trial. I did best with 15mg.. they come in 5mg and 20 mg. 20mg made me sleep after but 3 of the 5mg had no side effects I noticed.

I'd like  to add that I am looking for an alternative to Viagra since Viagra has dangerous side effects. I never read the leaflet of a drug as dangerous as Viagra. I took it on 2 occasions it worked (I managed to keep an erection for 1 hour throughout the sexual intercourse and I must confess it was the best sex I ever had since my penis was hard for 1 hour) BUT I had some worringly side effects that scared me (dizziness, difficulty breathing, rapid heartbeat, headache) so I decided never to take Viagra since there are many men who have died by taking Viagra (Cialis must be the same / similar)

My doc gave me a box of four 50mg tablets. I could brake it in half and take half (25mg) but I'm afraid of having a stroke or cardiac arrest. If I have to take it every weekend before the sexual act it just takes once and I could die (since on the leaflet it states that sudden death or cardiac arrest is possible whatever the age)

I must add that physical exercise/sports does not make any difference as well. The days I have sex I tried everything (did 1 or 2 hours of exercise, eating fruits and vegetables and then I took supplements like damiana, ginseng, maca, l-arginine but nothing works!)

I performed a blood test last year (testosterone, estrogen, cholesterol, trgyclerides / sugar levels) all my results was normal. But I feel I must have high cholesterol since the cholesterol levels(trgyclerides / blood pressure fluctuates.

I tried several times in the evening (alone at home not with a girl) to get an erection after eating lasagna, a block of cheese and a lot of chocolate / sweets basically stuff high in saturated fat and high in Carbs) and I couldn't get/ maintain an erection for more than 5-10 minutes.

I have to mention in the last 3 months I have had sex with escorts and as it is only for 30 minutes-1 hour the time she gives me a blowjob and a handjob it's almost already finished so I'm under pressure to have an erection before the end of the 30 minutes / 1 hour (since I pay per hour and the escorts watches their watch it's their job)

. The thing is that after she gives me a blowjob when I have an erection she then puts the condom on but then my penis becomes soft. When I am at home and I masturbate I do not use condoms so I get erections but can't maintain my erection so I was thinking maybe the condom is one of the problems that is causing my sexual problems / erectile dysfunction ??
