anything i can do

OK so ive been sexually active and clean for about 15 years. I master bate daily sometimes 1-3 times a day. Well im 31 and lately ive notice it takes alot more work for my gf to get me hard and i dont get as strong as erections or even stay flimsy. Is there anything i can do. Ive cut back on my master-bating but is it possible penis is like a car and with sex and master bating ive reach a high number or ejacs and now im doomed. Is there anything i can do i work out and drink plenty fo water and i dont want to go to the doctor and start taking pills. Is ther anything like vitamins i can take that may help ???

You're not doomed, but try avoiding all masturbation and pornography.  Masturbating 1 to 3 times a day is taking up a chunk of your sexual energy.  Also, masturbation involves a different mindset than from being intimate with a partner.  All sexual activities should be carried out with your girlfriend for best results.
