weak erection

im 28 years old, and am really worried that i am loosing my erection power by the day

i used to smoke (since 2001) and masturbate to porn, normally with no problems
the problem started when i started to loose my erection strength during masturbation
which became noticeable since june 2011

after lots of research i discovered that porn is bad, so i quite porn and masturbation since august 2011
and i quite smoking and joined a gym about a month ago,

the problem is, im not feeling that there is any improvement, actually the erections are getting worse
my libido is flat zero with few spikes every now and then
and my testicles hurt every now and then

should i get a check up?? is this normal?? is there something wrong with me??
please help

solution: masturbate once every 3 months and stay away from porn. You're on the right track. Nothing is wrong with you. Time will tell when you actually get with a girl and see how better erections you have.
