I am a recovered cancer patient, who has had a tram. Meaning I have no stomach muscles to tone. I'm looking to drop 30 lbs, and just today started the "it works" program. I want to do it with a low cal diet, but I'm more of an "Adkins" type of Dieter. And ideas on excercise and low cal diet? I'm a very picky eater, that's where my problem is.
