I am a 28 year old male. Currently I focus on weight training and cardio for 3 days a week.
I am an avid tennis fan but I have done Aikido in college for a small period of time.
Both activities are excellent - but I wanted to post the question to all of which one should I choose and develop.
Looking forward to hearing your recommendation on which one should I focus on.
