Blue Field Entoptic Phenomena

I understand that seeing these small white squiggly lights are just white blood cells moving through the retina and i can see them depending on background/times of anxiety.

Every once in awhile though, I will get 1 bigger squiggly line that just seems brighter than the rest and it doesnt happen too often and it only shoots around for around a second or less.

Are the "bigger" squiggly lines the same as the smaller ones, as the all act in the same way?

Generally not. However most represent entoptic phenonema. There are quite a few of them. The section on them at wikipedia.com is great. Why don't your read it.
