Multiple gel/jellylike blobs on the corners on the vision, both eyes

I have big blobs, they look jellylike areas, from the corners of my eyes, they arent floaters and I see them when I blink or squeezee my eyes, I've had OCT and Angiograms and fundus exams in the past and everything is ok but

They have been growing over the years, I used to have a single one, now I have three on my left eye and one on the fight one, they are getting bigger and even when they are transluscent Im afraid of them reaching the center of vision, plus, they are very annoying nad hard to ignore.

I see them when there is enough light, can they be pockets of vitrous of diferent density?, even when everything is ok could it be serious?, any other person has this? Im shortsighted, 38 yo. Lattice on both eyes.

I have around 4 years with those blobs growing

Thanks in advance for your help.

I'm also curious if someone else has these symptoms, or Dr Hagan, have you seen any patient describing something like this?

The main way to examine vitreous is through dilated pupil by the Eye MD ophthalmologist.  Ultrasonography also looks at vitreous.  If the problem were in the vitreous is should be there ALL the time or most of the time with the eyes widely open. If only occur with blink or squeeze then its almost always visual phemomena related to the pressure on the eye and deforming cornea with blink or squeeze.

Most serious causes of these symptoms would be present all the time and not just when you blink. Hopefully you've seen an ophthalmologist for your tests. Besides OCT you need visual field exam using a peripheral test pattern like 30-2   If you have not had these they need to be done.  If normal then I think they would be a hyperawardness of changes in vision caused by normal blinking mechanism.  Again if you have retina, macula, optic nerve, cataract or corneal disease the blobs should be present during all your vision not just blinking or squeezing.

Thanks, I forgot to say I had a visual field test and it was ok as well, I can see thru the blobs, they are like giant bubbles, bubbles is a better definition actually. I think I also see them with the eyes closed when there is a lot of light. They are always at corners.

I've had OCT, angriogram and fundus, etc is there an exam exclusively for the vitreous?
