I have a very thick red oval like line on the corner of my eye I'm concerned about

May irritate your eye but unlikely to cause any damage. Shower and make sure you wash your face and hair well. Use any over the counter artificial tears and put 2 drops in every 30 minutes for 2-3 hours then hourly till bedtime. You should be fine tomorrow. If not check with your family doctor. Again  with such a tiny amount you should do well
