What physical exercises am i not allowed to do with a -5 myopia?

I am 16 and i have -5 myiopia which has stopped progressing. I would like to know if i can lift weights, what weight lifting limit do i have, can i do exercise with my own weight like pushups? Am i risking a retinal detachment?

These questions need to be answered by your ophthalmologist who has looked in your eyes. If your retina is normal I would not put limits on weight lifting for young patients. But only by looking in the eye is it possible to know if the retina is normal
