You can try taking intake of food rich in phosphorus. It helps to improve eyesight.
vitreous tears, even retinal detachments are not painful. Pain can follow laser treatment. You need to discuss that with the surgeon.

Thank you for your information. What kind of pain should be concerned? I do have very occasional pain(on a scale of 2 out of 10) come and goes very quickly. Have been having those ever since the operation.
Yes these are normal changes. If no flashes, loss of peripheral vision, reduced vision, no pain or showers of floaters no problem.
