August IVF -ers!
I know its a little early but I am looking for some cycle buddies for my August IVF. This will be IVF #2 for this year. I turned 40 end of December. My first IVF resulted in twins but stopped growing at 7 weeks. I have been doing everything I can to prepare my body and mind for the next IVF. I've shed 30 pounds (so far, and still losing) since the height of my last pregnancy, been doing acupuncture since mid-May, exercising 4 times per week and will start chinese herbs this week.
So far, I had a clomid challenge test earlier this month and I was a 12.2 and it went down to 7.4! This is the lowest number I have had in 1.5 years since I started seeing an IVF doctor. So, I was very excited. My insurance approved my IVF + assisted hatching so I am all set.
Would love to hear from some of you about your journey and next procedure. I took a break from the site for a few weeks because I had nothing much to report but want to get back into the community. Hope everyone has a great summer and *****baby dust to all****!!!!

Sisi - I am so sorry for your news. I know you said you expected it, but I know it's hard to get that result. I really admire your strength. Ok girl Im really happy for you both, unfortunetly my ews are not good, I received a call from BETA was negative, so Im on my way again to a new cycle. Im actually ok, it was something I was expecting. I wish you all a uneventfull pregnancy and healthy baby in about 8 to 9 months.

i also have good news
my digital htp said pregnant 2 - 3 weeks!!! i have been booked for a scan 3 weeks today.( should be approx 6/7 weeks at time of scan?)
My hospital doesnt do blood tests so i dont know about beta numbers etc but i am goin out to buy some more clear blue tests and will test again in a week to check it has moved to 3+ weeks - which should signal everyhing is going ok!!
i am so happry and thrilled for everyone else too. Sisi i hope you are ok?
I feel a little better today - still gassy and bloated and stomach pains, indegestion in night was chronic. But have eaten a little already so hoping my "symptoms" were gastroenteritis and i am getting better. I think i have some pregnancy symptoms mixed in there i am sure.
Do you have symptoms nakineen and how far gone are you? I think i am 4wk 3 days today.

The nurse said my results were excellent.....I went from 107 four days ago to 719. I have NEVER had good betas. (By the beta caluclators on google that is a double time of 34 hrs or 1.5 days and some sites say 48-72 ideal and some 31-72). I almost caved a bought a hpt so I could have something real to look at but at $8 I convinced myself it was madness (I had just spent heaps on hubbies birthday and our ann for tomorrow). They are weening me off the progestorone, repeat beta in a week and have booked in a 8 week scan. Its too surreal.
Could this pregnancy possibly be the one?

Tomorrow is my BETA, it marks a very important point in my life. No matter what the outcome is. If it turns out to be (+) (wish i dont think) YAY!!!! If it turns out to be (-) then is day one of IVF #3. Hubby and I talked and agreed we will not quit. We going to be right at it again and as many times as possible.
Im so excited for tomorrow, no matter what.
I hope we all get great news and start our weekend full of joy and baby. lol
If we dont, then strenght for all to do it all over again.
