Fetal doppler

Has anyone considered or already rented a fetal doppler? Did they work? I would like to get one for my own state of mind. There have been so many stories, where the hb just stops without us knowing.

how far along were you? I am 10 weeks. do you think this is too early.

i got one from ebay called "life sounds" it was the best thing i ever brought! it cost around £30, they dont come with much gel so i found it cheeper to use ky jelly once the u/s gel ran out! iv never had any preoblems finding her h/b and its giving me g8 reasurance so many times! its also realy nice just to listion in to the bubba as well!
i found it cheeper to buy one in the long one than to rent it bcoz once you hear that sound your never wanna give it back! good luck x

I bought mine on ebay, it's a HiBebe that comes with U/S gel... it works great!

I just had my 1st prenatal visit with a doula and she had the exact same one!

I paid around 100$ plus shipping but it was worth every penny! My last pregnancy, I got a cheap one from babiesRus, never heard anything except my digestion!

I bought doppler at facelake.com, 2 MHZ...and it worked totally fine with me! I start using it at 12 weeks and it took me 15 min at least to find the heartbeat. After 14 weeks, it was easier, so I would say, it worth it!
