any other ladies on Prometrium?? I am almost 5 weeks today I've had 2 miscarriages in the last 7 months and my docotr put me on Prometrium today 100mg suppositories 2 times a day. I really hope this baby stays with me I go for my first scan on June.6th

I had 7 dpo draws where they checked my progesterone level - one month it was in the 30s - they say anything above 10 is desirable. The next cycle it was in the 50s - that when I first got pregnant.  Best luck!

I am on it right now 100mg 3x's daily (supp). Dr. says my proges drops and I lose baby... I am hoping that I get a HPT+ this time.

I was on Prometrium - 200mg oral that I took once a day - before I went to sleep - from when I ovulated until I was 13 weeks pregnant.  I was put on b/c of two early miscarriages as a precaution.  I'm now at 32 weeks!

I take Prometrium 100mg twice a day, but it is oral.  My understanding is that we need to stay on it until the first part of the second trimester to help the baby, and it cant hurt.

I took Prometrium 100mg twice a day after 3DPIUI for 15 days.  I will be off Prometrium on 5/25 if AF is coming..  After that I do not know if I still need to take the med or not.  I guess Prometrium helps the baby stick to our uterus lining longer until baby fully able to take care himself or herself

I take 600 mg a day.  Yucky! Yucky!  I have to take 200 mg 3 x a day.  I am sick of it.  I have not had a m/c before.  My RE just does that for protocol after IUI.  I am also on 6 mg. of estrace a day.

I am on the same thing but by RE put me on it the day after my IUI, just to cover all of the bases.  I have had + FRER and get my b/w pg test tomorrow am.  I am not sure if they will keep on this if I am + on the b/w test.
