2 days of stomach pressure

Im not sure if im posting in the right forum.

But anyways, for the past 2 days I've been having a full sensation in my stomach. It almost feels as my stomach has to growl and it doesn't and other times it just feels like a pressure. I'm not sure what this feeling is or whats going on. I'm a hypochondriac so of course my mind is jumping to the worst. My stool is a little on the floating side but it is a normal color. My stomach pains usually last a few hours so this is unusual for me. Any ideas would be great.

I had a bowel movement this morning. Only changes in diet i can think of is that I started drinking more green tea, at least a cup or 2 a day for the past few weeks and last week I ate some sour, cream and onion chips which I usually dont eat and those made me feel sick the next morning but the sick feeling wore off after drinking water. No medicine. I have also been having lower back pain for almost a year. Its not severe and I usually only feel it after laying down for a while. But other than that everything seems to be normal. Maybe I am overthinking but its annoying not going whats going on especially when this isnt normal behavior for my body.

We need more information. When was the last time you had a bowel movement? Did you have a change in diet? Are you taking any new medicines? Sounds like you are having some bloating issues. If it's only been going on for 2 days I wouldn't sweat it at all. Get yourself some EC Peppermint and also Gas-X. I'm also a hypochondriac. Ya just need to chill out. :)
