A sudden problem with milk?

I'm 16, and have had milk my entire life. Just recently, I've had stomach pains and have had to rush to the washroom after drinking milk. I've not changed my diet, nor have I gone through any sudden changes to my lifestyle.

What is happening?

Same thing with me. it is called lactose intolerance. google it and you will find all your symptoms.
Stop drinking milk or eating dairy products for at least a week. If your symptoms clear....that's it! Easy fix!
bet you will feel much better!
I did!!! Bodies can change. As a matter of fact they change every 7 or 8 years. Perfectly normal.
PS- Lucerne has a wonderful milk out called "lactose free". [i get mine at safeway.]
I don't get sick on this one like I do on the lactaid brand milk. And this way, I can still have the benefits of dairy!
best of luck! You can even have small amounts of ice cream if you drink just a 1/4 or 1/2 cup of this milk with the ice cream! YEH!
