Had colonoscopy 4 days ago clots no feces

I am a 25 year old male healthy, occasional smoker and a homosexual with no anal intercourse since i started having issues 8 weeks ago. I had a colonoscopy 4 days ago due to my severe constipation over the past 2 months, it started with mucous and then my bowels completely stopped evacuating to the point where my stomach was distended and and nothing would help...enemas laxatives etched. I went to the we because i couldn't urinate due to fecal impact ion but with morphine and saline i finally urinated and had very small movements that were flat, strings and would des integrate once out. Needless to say i went on a heavy miralax regiment started occasionally having diharreah movements and finally had my colonoscopy. The took biopsies of what looks like an minor 2cm ulcer, i haven't gotten results or had a movement yet. But just now i felt the urge to go and was excited but I just passed a giant blood clot that almost looked like some sort of mass.  i am so very confused and anxiously scared. if anyone has had the same issue i could use some clarification and help asap.again Im a healthy occasional smoking 25 yr old male.

That doesn't sound normal. Call your Dr. He'll know whether there's anything to worry about.

It's been all day. No stool just clots after clots and blood. It seems to be every couple hours. And no test results till tomorrow.
