A strict elimination diet would serve you best at this time.
Completely eliminate dairy first and then eliminate wheat and gluten.
You must become a label detective to screen for any illegal ingredients.
Gluten has dozens of disguised aliases, lol! It's in your shampoo, creams and cosmetics, sauces, playdough, envelopes, soups, flavorings....
Stay with those eliminations for a while as the effects of gluten and cross reactive foods (dairy is responsible for about 50% of cross-reactivity with gluten) linger around the body for many weeks.
After this if still unwell, continue with elimination of other food groups.
You can also try Dr. Coca's Pulse test, a free download. Takes about a week to complete.
I hope this helps.

first, be super vigilant on reading ingredients of everything you eat and drink. Milk is in so much stuff and people dont realize it. So you want to look at ingredients for things like casein, lactose, whey. Try to only eat and drink things that say Dairy free.
Another thing to do is see an allergy specialist and get tested for food allergies. Its possible you can be allergic to a food you are eating all the time.
