Chronic lower abdominal pain

Hello, I have a problem with lower abdominal pain that lasts for about 6 months every day. It's got worse past last two weeks. I have cramps and diarrhea, sometimes it's better and sometimes worse, but it never stopped since then. The pain wakes me up sometimes and physical activity, or even simply being in school is pretty impossible. I am 18 years old. I've been diagnosed with lactose intolerance at first, but changing food doesn't have any impact on the pain. I was at gastroscopy recently, and they didn't find anything. I don't have helicobacter either. But I've been diagnosed with GERD (reflux). Doctors don't know what's causing this. Blood test results are OK.

A strict elimination diet would serve you best at this time.
Completely eliminate dairy  first and then eliminate wheat and gluten.
You must become a label detective to screen for any illegal ingredients.
Gluten has dozens of disguised aliases, lol! It's in your shampoo, creams and cosmetics, sauces, playdough, envelopes, soups, flavorings....
Stay with those eliminations for a while as the effects of gluten and cross reactive foods (dairy is responsible for about 50% of cross-reactivity with gluten) linger around the body for many weeks.
After this if still unwell, continue with elimination of other food groups.

You can also try Dr. Coca's Pulse test, a free download. Takes about a week to complete.

I hope this helps.

first, be super vigilant on reading ingredients of everything you eat and drink. Milk is in so much stuff and people dont realize it. So you want to look at ingredients for things like casein, lactose, whey. Try to only eat and drink things that say Dairy free.
Another thing to do is see an allergy specialist and get tested for food allergies. Its possible you can be allergic to a food you are eating all the time.
