Diarrhea for over 2 months.

I been having loose stool for over 2 months and lost 10-15 pounds, despite I am skinny. I have with it only bloating, loose stool, and gas and nothing else. I do not have pain but have the urgency to have a loose stool badly.
I cut off glutton thinking it was that a month ago and it kind of helped but that was no affect after a while since now anything I eat even isolated I get loose stool.
I stopped eating for a day to maybe starve bacteria but nothing I stopped eating sugar thinking to not feed bacteria as well and still nothing. I avoid glutton, dairy, gmo, nuts, and fruits and still the same. I have no family history or had this before.

I got blood/urine/stool sample, here are my non normal results from all tests which the rest are normal..Doctors do not seem to know what to say.

Lipid
HDL =63   (ok= 40-125) ok
HDL ratio=2.7 (ok=3.4-9.6)  Low
(Was not moving much for a week to not use up energy since I was not eating much.)

Metabolic panel
Chloride =94 (ok=96-108) Low
co2  =18 (ok=22-31) Low
Glucose =64 (ok=70-99) Low
Anion Gap,Serum=21 (ok=5-17) High

Vitamin B12 =973 (ok=243-894) High
(I ate 5 pieces of shrimp to help the tests since I was only eating veggies. But that number is way too high I feel)

urinalysis that is not negative
bacteria =OCC
protein, urine= TR
Ketone, urin= Large
(I assume from not eating and loosing 5 pounds within a week from drinking veggie juices)

Stool fat = increased

Everything else is normal and no results or anything else. And that's all the tests that were not in normal range.

I don't drink, smoke or anything bad. I have no family history of it so I don't get it.

Thanks for the reply
I do not eat much iron rich foods.My main food is rice, chicken, lettuce.
And sometimes spaghetti, with cheese, bread, lentils, and some almonds on the side rarely, and other things rarely.

Well the body I think has problem since it lacks something, or if it has something that should not like bacteria or too much of a specific nutrient.

Well sounds like from the tests they did u still didn't get help. The reason I asked was cause the test I'm talking about would be to test if u might have too much iron. I had similar symptoms a lot of my life but more so when i was younger. I went undiognosed and have had many other problems go undiagnosed. Look up hemochromatosis which is very common only it was once thought it was very rare so screening for it is not standard. I'm 99% sure its caused my problems in hoping its not the hereditary form cause its kinda kate in the game for me. I've been very very sick fot 10 yrs and been trying to figure out what was wrong drs didnt diagnose me I had to then I had to ask em to screen me for it so Medicare would pay for it. I couldn't get drs to do the right test. I guess they thought they knew better. Who knows. But very uncommonly diagnosed but very common only not many ever get help before its too late. Did u travel or swim in any river or creek maybe gulp some bad water. Did u take antibiotics? I know bacteria eats sugar but they also eat yeast. So if u took antibiotics even for something else like sinus infection the good bacteria get killed too making it possible for yeast to thrive. So if u can rule out bacteria cause u either antibiotics for this problem or the problem existed before u took antibiotics for something else it could be yeast. Candida is yeast. I'd I think of anything else ill let u know. Just if u do some cleanses it can't hurt. Colon cleans, liver cleans, etc.

I do not know but they did a standard blood, urine, and stool test to see why I have loose stool for so long. I assume they would indicate it if i had low iron?
Do you think low iron is the issue?

I eat a lot of Chickpeas which have high iron in them so I do not think I lack in iron... which is the main food that I eat that has iron though one a week.

Should I be worried about the other things that were high or low as stated?
Thank you
