Distended stomach

My stomach is so distended i look 9 months pregnant. I do not often release any gas in any form. What could be wrong ?

My daughter aged 23 has lactose intolerance, no symptoms her whole life that we could notice, just a large stomach.

Then unfortunately she got inflamed liver.

Since the diagnoses, she has a flat stomach.

It could be a food allergy, she had no gas ?

My colon cancer symptoms were bloating, inability to pass gas then it went on to become discomfort after eating.......

Please have a colonoscopy!

You need to see your doctor regarding what is causing this, it's not normal so you don't want to let it continue.  See your doctor so you will know what you're dealing with and take care.
