Diverticulitis and UTI and Possible Yeast Infection all at the same time?

Last August I had a urinary tract infection. The beginning of April I had another one. This past Saturday lost appetite and felt full (still do) and had very bad cramping. Monday did a urine test to see if my uti had cleared up. It was not a clean catch. Test showed uti with a trace amount of feces. On Tuesday went to Dr to get treatment for uti but expressed the cramping and back pain. After examiining me he ordered a cat scan. Told me it was diverticulitis and a mass on my right ovary. Prescribed flagl and bactrim both for 10 days. Been on these two days. Yesterday noticed white discharge. Went to obygyny for test. If it comes back as yeast she said she can give me a 3 day suppository. I need help! What is going on. I have a hydrocelphinx and a fibroid but they have not bothered me. Is there something missing.I have never had any gastro issues. I am a 43 year old female. Any thoughts. I am suppposed to follow up with a pelvic ultrasound and later a colonoscopy. I am suspecious of all these at the same time. Can you help me please.

Does your urine look funny?  Is it cloudy or look like there's bits of feces in it?  Ever feel like you're passing air when you urinate?

Make sure when you wipe after a BM that you wipe from front to back to prevent any feces from causing a UTI.  Always urinate after sex, and drink plenty of water. The older we get the bigger the chance of developing diverticulitis, which can be controlled with diet... it just happens.  The yeast infection was most likely caused by the antibiotics.  Get a second opinion on having a colonoscopy with diverticulitis, as they can perforate the bowel which is already weakend within the pockets. Hope this helps.
