Dizziness after eating, fainting after eating, 25 years old, help!

I lost 21 lbs in the span of 3 months. I am a perfectly healthy 25 year old, with perfect blood tests. I have lost my appetite. Recently after 6 months of this weight loss (I have had 5 blood tests which have all come out perfect), I ate pizza the other night and fainted. Went to ER, they did every single test: EKG, blood, CAT scan of lungs --he thought I may have had a blood clot from my birth control, which I am not on anymore, and cardiac enzyme tests). Everything has come out perfect and clean. This was on Saturday. Then I fainted again on Wednesday after I ate, again. I used this app called TELEDOC and a doctor right away and a doctor called me in 30 seconds, and he was able to tell me that the VAGUS nerve connected to my stomach was signaling my brain to pass out due to my short height of 5'2 and being 99 lbs, with hypotension, along with the terrible pizza I ate (complex carbs, etc). He said that I needed to eat healthier (which I typically do, all organic foods etc), but I had eaten pizza again on Wednesday which caused me to pass out again. I am never hungry. If I am, it is at night. I need help. I just want to make sure I am healthy, my blood tests all display it, but there is obviously a gastro problem going on. HELP. And NO I am not anorexic or bulimic. Please HELP.

So, could you have been dehydrated?  If so, when you eat, this will cause your blood vessels to dilate which causes your blood pressure to lower.  If you already have low blood pressure/hypotension, then ya, you might have syncope and pass out.  There is also something called postprandial hypoglycemia.  This probably wouldn't show up in your blood work because you probably fast for that.  With this type of hypoglycemia, your blood sugar drops AFTER you eat rather than being low before.

Those are two possible causes.  You need to see a gastroenterologist or at least your GP for a full discussion about this.  No one here or on an app can diagnose you.  Hope you feel better and this resolves.  good luck
