Being Sick In The Morning

Yes ok, i am a female, but i am asking on behalf of my boyfriend, so he doesnt have the typical pregency morning sickness, that would be me, in years to come. no i am asking for some advice, my boyfriend, 19, very fit is being sick most mornings just after he has eaten breakfast. he has a light breakfast, a nesquick milkshake, and two pieces of brown toast, nothing out of the ordinary there. i thought he ws rushing to eat, but ive been up watching him, and he doesnt eat ina hurry at all, he takes time to chew and swallow. he is on the computer when he is eating, is this a problem do you think, being over active when you are eating? i dont see how as i manage, and i sure alot of other people do to, but its a thoery. could it be physical so you think? ive read on here he may have diebeties, or have a nervous tummy, wich is exactly what i said to him, but he assures me he isnt nervous, and to be fair he doesnt seem it. he has just started a new job, funnily enough at the NHS, not near patents or in a hospital, just doing clerical work for GP referels. im very worried about him, we have booked a Dr's appt. but its not until next week, the next availble one!!!! so we would like some opinions and just some advice on how to counter-act the sickness. thankyou very much!

he is fine the rest of the time when eating. he is beggining not to want to eat in the mornings!
i always fell sick when i eat in the morning i always have even when i was very little, the Dr's said i should just have a cup of tea and then have something light at around 10AM, but my boyfriend needs to eat in the morning, he has a super fast motablism and is always hungry, he cant wait till 10AM to eat, plus he gets light headed and he drives to work so i wouldnt advise him to not eat breakfast. he needs something in his system to make him function.
he has no pain under his rib when he is being sick, its not his gallbladder, how is this linked to vomiting everymorning?
thanks

My first tought is gastritis, caused by H. pylori infection. He should ask for appropriate test.

Gallbladder disorder also often causes nausea, and often ngoes with the pain below the right rib cage. Diagnosis is with ultrasound.
