Is the color of my poop normal after gallbladder removal surgery

I had gallbladder removal surgery on June 12 and for the first three weeks I was very constipated and not very gassy due to being full of air. For about the last week I have had major diarrhea, my poop has slowly gotten lighter in color to where now it's white, and for the last day it has just little chunks with liquid. It has been a very foul odor and the last week my gas has been very foul as well. I have also been very nauseous when I eat or drink because I have to force myself due to the fact that I haven't had an appetite in a week. For the last 2 days I've been having severe pains after I go to the bathroom. The doctor at FastMed told me it was normal but I don't feel like it is. Does anybody have any good advice for me?
