Could my problem be gastrointestinal related; specifically the Appendix?

I'm a 19 year old female. I've been experiencing LRQ abdominal pain for over 6 months. CT scans back in March shows the appendix to be unremarkable. Colonoscopy- no colitis or inflammation of the bowels. Pelvic Laparoscopy- no endometriosis, no ovarian cysts, no noticeable problems.
Symptoms: LRQ pain- usually around a constant 5 out of 10, dull, achey, sometimes stinging. Area feels tender and a little swollen/bloated. Pain has been getting worse and starting to wake me up.
Night sweats and feelings like "OH MY GOODNESS I NEED TO GO TO THE BATHROOM RIGHT NOW". Sweating but shivering and unable to push due to pain. Nausea. Feels like I need to pass gas but difficult to do so.
I am currently taking norethindrone every day provided by my gynecologist because he believes the problem could be cramping and this is suppose to help it some how.
I've read multiple articles on chronic appendicitis but I feel like if I were to ask my gastroenterologist she wouldn't listen to me. Thinking of finding a different doctor. What does my problem seem to be? Could I please receive some advice for what to do?
