unknown, abdominal pain cramping diarrehea HELP!

I need help extremely bad, my doctors have done not too much and found nothing. 8 months ago ( i was about 6 months pregnant) i started having severe chronic diarreha, some bleeding and extreme abdominal cramping and pain, i figured it was from my baby, and they said it would be done afterwards, its been 5 months and no changes, if anything the pain is worse. I have gotten a ct scan that found nothing, i just had a colonoscopy friday and he said it looks like nothing but found biopsys, ive been put on discoclomine (sp?) which doesnt work unless i take more than 5 each time!, my thyroid tests were fine, bloodwork was fine, and they cant see to find anything, i havent gotten results yet from the chunks they took out of my bowel from my colonoscopy but the gi is so busy he seems like this is no big deal and that im lying, and my other doctor i never get to see and he just runs test, somenoe please help! I also get headaches often, migraines in the back of my head in my "occipital lobe" towards my neck, it feels like how it feels when you have bread stuck in your throat, but in my head. its horrible and extremely painful. The cramping is random and extremely painful, the dirarreaha always follows and is also horrible, I have been trying ot lose baby weight i diet work out and I just started diet pills a month ago, and will not lose weight. Somebody please help me so when i go to teh doctor thursday I know what to do!

First of all get off the diet pills, they are dangerous and may be adding to your problem.  Your GI must have found a polyp or something to want to do a biopsy.  Dicyclomine is for Irritable Bowel Syndrome.  Write down all your questions before you go to the doctor, and do not leave until you have the answers you need.  You may need to start fresh with a new GI.
