Going Poo After Each Meal

A few months ago, I posted a thread on this forum saying that after my breakfast I usually experience stomach pain. I went to the doctor to get it checked out and he said that I am very healthy and that everything is OK. He gave me some pills to take for a week and they made my problem go away. Furthermore, he sent some of my poop to the clinic to run some tests and they turned out fine.

For the past week or two, I find that after eating any meal (breakfast, lunch, or dinner) in about 20 minutes or so I need to go poo. I am not eating anything out of the ordinary and my diet has been fairly healthy. My poo is always never solid - it is a bit mushy and sometimes a bit watery. I am wondering if this is normal?

I also want to add that I am a male of 25 years old, and I exercise regularly.

Have you been tested for gluten?  It can cause these symptoms.  You can try a gluten free diet (but you must be vigilant in checking the ingredients in everything - search on what has gluten for different names) but don't do that before getting testing as changing your diet can change the outcome.

It is normal for eating to make someone need to have a bowel movement.  If you are having some diarrhea then having those 3 bowel movements is not uncommon.  The question is why are you having diarrhea.  Have you been having any stomach pain?
