I HAVE AN OPERRATION OF GALL BLADER FEW YEARS BACK . AFTER THAT I CANNOT DIGEST ANY FOOD WHICH IS SLIGHTLY OILY/ RICH IN NATURE . I AM TAKING PAN 40 , 1 TAB EVERY DAY . WHAT IS YOUR SUGGESTION ?

Try adding metemucil to your routine everyday, so take 2 tablets every morning, my surgeon suggested this to me after my surgery and it has helped dramatically.
