Uncomfortable Sensation in Upper Abdomen

Hi, I've had this horrible uncomfortable feeling (almost the feeling you'd have if going down a drop on a rollercoaster) for years now and no one seems to be able to help me. I get it almost daily and nothing relieves it. I've tried PPI's, anxiety/depression meds, etc and some work for about a month, then stop working. It makes it very hard to be happy and continue on with my life. It gets worse when I am anxious about something, but can occur when I'm not anxious about anything at all. For about a period of 2/3 weeks i wasn't at all anxious, and I still had the feeling. I've had the test where you drink the liquid and they view inside of your stomach area, and nothing was found. It is not painful at all, just unbearably uncomfortable. My doctor and I thought it was anxiety for the longest time, so I went to counselling, and tried numerous medications and it didn't relieve the feeling at all. Any help you could offer would be greatly appreciated!!!

Try a low fat diet for a couple of weeks with no fried foods, try and stay away from pork and red meat in those 2 weeks as well and if you have dairy have non-fat and skimmed... see if this helps... if it does could be a gallbladder issue... give it a try.

You may want to change your diet and start reasearching candida and do a colon cleanse.

No, I haven't noticed any patterns. Occasionally eating will help, but not all of the time. I do get bloating, and used to get a lot of gas as well, and the proton pump inhibitors really helped with this... they just didn't help at all with the horrible feeling in my stomach.
