I've been sick for over 4 months with no answers. Please help.

I started feeling stomach pain about 4 months ago. I didn't tell my doctor about issues until I had already had been sick for two and was straining to go to the bathroom everyday. My symptoms have changed over the past 4 months so I will start with the beginning and explain tests I have had done along the way in hopes of finding an answer for my sickness. Month 1. Stomach spasms, feeling the urge to expel something from my body. Contraction like stomach spasms while on toilet, multiple times a day for 2-3 hours. External hemorrhoids. Bloating, constapation, diarrhea, shoulder pain near clavicle, blood in stool. Had bloodwork done and a colonoscopy and endoscopy done. While waiting for gi appt I went to the hospital and had a ct scan done of pelvis and abdomen. Hospital released me with same symptoms as there were no alarming findings on Ct or bloodwork. Gi dr took 4 biopsies and found I had baretts esophagus and a hiated hernia. I'm sure this was both cause in the 6 weeks of intense bathroom episodes. I still had no answers for being sick and no follow up appts with further testing to find answers. I continue to be in pain while symptoms start to slightly change. Months 2-3 no longer have diarrhea, only the feeling to expel something from my body. Espsodes last 3-7 hours, sometimes all day. Intense abdominal pain, everytime I eat anything my stomach automatically fills with pockets of gas. I can feel the chemical reaction within my stomach immediately. Stop eating in fear of getting sick. Lymph node swelling in neck on and off throughout these months. Intense vaginal pain, extereme hemmorrhoids as if my Colin turns inside out caused by the straining. Extreme groin pain, abdominal pain around gallbladder and pelvic region. Right side of intestines extremely tinder. Strain to poop. Have to physically wipe clay like poop out of my anus to remove it for weeks. No real Oder until about 2-3 weeks ago. I have had food allergy panels with all negotiate results. Mono negative but at one time had had it, negative for ulcerative colitis, chrones, diverticulitis.. about 2 weeks I went into gi doctor on my day off and left him a letter begging to speak with him to find answers. (I had been speaking with his medical assistant or pa during follow up appointments with no further testing.). They called me back and said he thinks I have a stomach infection such as salmonella or shingella and put me on an antibiotic starting with a c. (I can't remember the name) he said it should be cleared after 3-5 days.  I took it for 7 with no changes in pain or contraction episodes, however my stool turned from black and tarry for months to extremely foul smelling mucous filled stool to only clear mucous. I had insomnia for a few days, woke up the other day with head and chest pain,, lots of black like pepper looking specks in poo along with white seaseme seed sized white masses and what looks like brown tick masses. None of them are moving and or look like any parasites when I look it up. I'm not sure if it's bacteria being eliminated from my body or if I'm infested with parasites. I now itch all over my body, my anus and vagina itch all of the time, my scalp itches abc body itches, but I'm not sure if that is from phobia of possibly being infested.. I went back to the er the other day as I was in the most escrutiating pain ever for 7 hours. I begged the dr to help me, but seemed ill interested. Did bloodwork, whitch I noticed all results are on the low end of the normal range. He did another Ct scan as I asked him to look for a blockage in my small intestines. Also I've had a ct scan on my pelvic region along with my gall bladder. Everything has came back "looking normal" and he sent me away histaricle that im going to have to accept this new life. I barely eat anymore, yet my stomach looks like I'm 5 months pregnant, my muscles and joints are in intense pain daily with no relief, I'm straining to expel mucous for hours a day and lots of it. I feel like my insteatinal lining is being eliminated from my body. I am exhausted all of the time, I have brain fog and I'm extremely irratible and depressed. I have a five year old daughter that follows me to the bathroom and sees me in tears and escrutiaiting pain daily when I beg her to give me privacy. I just can't accept that there is no answers for this. If you have had this or know what it is related to please help. I feel as though I'm being poisoned and drs turn me away because nothing shows up in my labs. I have never had health issues up until this point. I have been sick one time in my life when I was 9 and that is it..I have always been fortunate to feel as though I have a strong immune system but why is this happening? What could it possibly be?

So sorry for all you are going through!  I don't know much about this topic, but your symptoms sound similar to what I have heard a friend describe who suffers from IBS- have they looked into that option at all?

The dr told me I had that, but no plan on fixing it or what I can do.. I don't even eat anymore unless I feel like I'm going to collapse bc of the pain from it. I'm starting to think I have parasites. Waiting on results..
I am not sure what my friend does to treat IBS- but I believe she had a special diet.  Have you been able to search for how to deal with IBS?  Did your results come in?
