left arm numbness before flatulence or BM

I'll try to make this as short as possible. Before I pass gas or have a bowel movement, my left arm and shoulder go weak and numb. At times it spreads up my neck and down my left side. I've had several test done, colonoscopy, ultra sound, upper gi scope (?), several blood test when I went to the ER thinking I was having a heart attack, and was diagnosed with esophogitis, gastritis, and a fatty liver.  My Vitamin d is very low even after taking 50000iu for 3 weeks. I cannot take any kind of ant-acids, eat any kind of fruits or nuts, except bananas or applesauce, any type of fibrous foods (ie,popcorn, beans, or any type of corn). If I do, I get what I call an attack. My blood pressure also goes up pretty high. about177/108. In the ER I was told I had anxiety. And the same by my gp. I was given lorazepam and anti depressants, I also take half a norco in morning and half at night for pain. Meds do not stop attacks if I eat certain foods or take certain meds. Not sure what the connection between the arm/shoulder and bowel movement are. Its getting worse and I'm getting scared. Can't eat or sleep because of gastritis, but cant use the meds. No one seems to have an answer.  I'm female, 47, hysterectomy 3yrs ago (kept ovaries), 5'1" 175lbs Used to be pretty active.

I experience left arm pain, numbness, and weakness before bowel movements as well. Years ago a friend wad severely constipated and her doctor gave her a heads up that she may feel discomfort in her left arm while constipated. He stated it is a due to the relationship of nerves in the body, including the vagus nerve. I haven't worried about the issue since, though it is rather annoying and impacts the physical abilities of my left arm during these times. I haven't noticed a link to certain foods but since my left arm pain associated with a full bowel is intermittent the food correlationseems legitimate.

BP (177/108) is pretty high than average high boold pressure person (140/90) and normal pressure(120/80). Any way, I accepted one point what you said as blood pressure down if go to toilet propely , and clean the system. I had same experience.

more stool + Gas in Colon --------> Stress at body-------> more poision wastes in body---> toxin in blood----> high blood pressue. It is my theory

Blood pressure is not usually high. It goes up when I have one of these "attack" and will go back down when once I pass gas or have a bowel movement.

Well, As myself as high blood pressure person, I could advice as a golden rule as do not to be anxiety even if what happened. I think that due to high blood pressure and anxiety , you might suffer minor stoke as arm numbness. It is my guess, but, mighty be other reason also for what you said.
