Nauseous after a full meal....HELP!!!

It just started this morning. I had a cup of coffee, a bowl of beef noodles and sausage with rice for breakfast. Then, after I few minutes I started to burp repeatedly until I felt queasy until I vomited everything I just ate. In fact, I wasn't able to finish my breakfast because I was already feeling nauseous. I'm a 23-year old obese girl.... And I highly doubt that I'm not pregnant because I just had my period a week ago. I dunno if it's because of drug overdose or what. I took 2 tablets of Biogesic (Paracetamol) at the same time last night to double the dosage. Actually, I ate lunch around 1:30pm and until now (3:39pm) I still feel queasy. Every time I burp, I think it's acidic because it's bitterly sour. I really dunno what's happening or what's the cause of this one. Please HELP!!!!

Yes, I did have a cold. It just happened that day itself. Thanks for the idea. I'm now cured. I was indeed food poisoned..

The only obvious thing I can think of might be food poisoning due to something you ate. Just curious about any other symptoms you might have -

Do you have cold and flu symptoms along with nausea, vomiting and/or diarrhea?
Do you have pain in the middle or lower right side of your abdomen, and have you lost your appetite?
Do you have pain in your right upper abdomen or do greasy foods make the pain worse?

Is this an isolated incident or an ongoing one?
