Stomach ulcers or something else??? Please HELP!!!

I started getting these agonizing stomach pains one night a few weeks back. my food intake was normal home made meals, high fibre foods like boiled vegetable, chicken, etc. I started taking Ibuprfen, because I thought it might help as I thought I ate something wrong. Than the pain didn't reoccur untill I got my period two feeks back.
I could eat a normal breakfast like Cereal, and fruits, then have a whole wheat bread sandwich for lunch but if I ate something for dinner, I would get a stomach ache at night. the pain is in the middle abdomen. it is not a burning sensation but more of a gnawing pain. i have no bloating, my stool is just ok, I sometimes do feel constipated but I'm going to the bathroom every morning (pooping). I kept taking Ibuprofen meanwhile. But then I went to the doctor and he said he wasn't sure what it was and took my blood sample and asked me to get an Ultrasound. But for the meanwhile he gave me Nexium 40mg. I started taking that every evening before supper. But it didn't help if I had soild foods. I didn't have stomach aches if I ate a very small portion of soup. I took Nexium for 11days.
So I went for a follow up to my doctor on the 12th day and  told me that my blood tests showed that i have Hashimoto's disease but everything else was healthy, and that I have to a pill to make my Thyroid start working again.
By this time I was sure I had stomach ulcers so I asked him if he saw any traces of H.Pyroli bacteria and he said that the blood test can't confirm that and neither can an ultrasound. And that I would have to get an Endoscopy done for that. But in the meanwhile I should stop taking Nexium if it wasn't working for me and gave me Sulcrate Plus Suspension. I got the Ultrasound done yesterday and he told me that he would get a verbal report to see if the gall blader, pancreas and the liver is working.
I have taken the Sulcrate Plus Sus for one night now and I did not experiece any discomfort. His assistant called me today and asked to make a follow up appintment with him. I am FREAKING out because I am scared that the ultrasound might have shown something serious and thats why he's called me because he got a verbal report yesterday.
I am an overweight, 26 year old female. I am very active, and avoid trans fattty foods. I am 167cm tall. To make you understand my body shape I'm a Size 12-16 (USsize). I'm not too worried about the thyroid because I have started taking Eltroxin for it but I am more worried about the stomach pain. Could it be anything else than stomach ulcers???? Are my symptoms that of stones or something???I am scared. Please help!

Thank you so much for replying.
I feel for you man. Nexium didn't work for me either but I have been taking Sulcrate Plus Suspension (solution) and it is doind a better job than Nexium. I take it 1/2 an hour before meals and I can eat. I haven't experienced any discomfort yet. And my results show that all my organs are healthy so I am sure that it is H. Pyroli bacteria but my doctor said that a breathe test is not 100% accurate so he suggested endoscopy. Lets see. But for you I would suggest Sulcrate Plus Suspension or there is another very good med for ulcers - it is a course of an antibiotic medicine called AMOXYCYLLIN, ask your doctor. My doctor said that he would put me on it once he is sure that I have ulcers. Good Luck:-)

It could possibly be Gastritis. H. Pyolori can and sometimes show up in blood test but the better way to find out is a breath test. I am on Nexium for Gastritis but it is not helping at all. But there is no need to be scared your only going to stress yourself out more. But I would see your GI (if you have one) and make an appointment to see what he/she says. And keep me updated on the results.
